I have spent over two decades working shamanically with energy, leadership, and transformation,  and I have  lived the cost of misalignment in my own body.

 

Surviving cancer twice in my thirties stripped away any tolerance for living half-expressed, overextended, or out of integrity.

 

It also refined my work.

I don’t do surface-level change.
I don’t work with urgency or force.
And I don’t fragment people into “business” and “personal.”

 

My work is precise because it has to be.

I see where energy is diffused, where responsibility, pressure, or expectation is being carried unnecessarily.
