I created Frequency Codes because I kept seeing the same thing in trainings, coaching and healing spaces. So much influence and conditioning, people taught to do it one way, shaped by someone else's design instead of their own.

As a shamanic practitioner, energy worker and coach of twenty-three years, when I found Human Design, something clicked. I'd worked in the unseen for years, and here was the language that made the esoteric make sense. A map for how to look after the human, live well, and do what you came here to do. That is what you learn to pass on.

I survived cancer twice in my thirties, with two small children, which is why living fully matters to me as much as it does. I've dedicated myself to walking with my shadows and leaning into my gifts, all of it coded in my Human Design, so I can live fully, on my own terms, in my full sovereignty. It's my mission to help as many people as I can live a life of their own design, free from the programming of society, upbringing and ancestry.
