10 days together in a safe space to learn deep self care, and create positive rituals to ease your moon-time.

Please note that it doesn't matter what stage of womanhood you are at, pre menstrual, menstruating, peri menopause, in menopause or post, this will be healing on so many levels.

I have learnt to nurture myself, it has taken me 46 years! Now I honour this time and I use rituals to rest, restore my energy and feel in balance.

How it all works....

  • The interactive online course takes part in a closed facebook group. 
  • The first week is prep work, learning about the oils that we are using, the crystal that you get, how to use tools to manage your emotions, and how the Aromapoint Technique will work. 
  • Then on the 2nd week, we go into the retreat. Each day, for 5 days a short description or video and a short practise. Which you get to keep to come back to time and time again, one cycle at a time. 
  • You get sent a beautiful little package of essential oils to see you through the week, to make the week flow and to help you manage your emotions.
  • I am there as a coach and guide to teach you and help you with anything that comes up for the week. 
  • You get a complimentary 30 minute restorative yoga class with sound healing with the crystal bowls to help you deeply relax and let go. 
  • You receive a link to a beautiful workbook made for this course. (see below)

In the Flow with Ease pack, you get a selection of oils that we will apply to specific accu-points and areas, an essential oil intro book, a relaxing epsom salt bath and a crystal for one of the rituals. 

Itinerary for the moontime retreat (week 2)...

Day 1 - Have a Deep relaxation start and have it to come back to. We used lavender energy protocol, crystal and abdominal massage with essential oils, in a restorative yoga shape.

Day 2 - Essential Oil reset, with oils applied to the brow,  throat, tummy and ankles. Then we start to go through the workbook.

Day 3  - Essential Oil Energy reset and journal. This is powerful work.

Day 4  - Essential Oil Energy reset and journal, looking at letting go. This evening if it works for you, we use the Epsom salts that you get sent in your pack for a bath or a foot bath. 

Day 5 - Energy reset and journal, and honouring the body, with a kidney yin flow to top the energy up. 

Day 6- I will be in Facebook in a live to teach a 30 minute restorative yoga class.
