
Do you fancy something else for an occasional Friday Night In?
What about 2 hours with yourself and a beautiful online community, experimenting with moving the energy around your body, trying different healing techniques, with a beautiful workbook and essential oils applied to acupoints?
A I sat to create such a thing, I downloaded a series of 3 workshops which can be taken alone or as a series to experience the variety of techniques.
They wanted to be called 'The Good Vibrations Series'. To start 2022 off with positive energetic vibrations running through your body.
The individual workshops will run on these dates all 7-9pm with 15-30 minutes for reflection and Q and A or you can leave!
1. 7th January 2022 - Shake It Up - (Using Marjoram, Black Spruce & Cypress)
2. 4th February 2022 - Between Heaven & Earth - (Using Rosemary, Blue Tansy & Frankincense)
3. 4th March 2022 - Chi-Ball In Your Hands - (Using Coriander, Jasmine & Arborvitae)
Each workshop comes with a beautiful and very cute mini collection of oils to use during the workshop, and a printable workbook if you like journalling.
You can book each work as an individual standalone, or you can book them all. If you can't make them live, you will get a recording which will be viable for a week after to watch.
The aim of these workshops is for you to experience different ways of moving your energy, gaining awareness, and raising your energetic vibrational frequency - we have the power to do this according to quantum physics which I am studying at the moment.

The workshops will run in zoom, the link to access the workshop will be emailed to you when you book your class, please check your spam and reply to the email to help the email powers that be make sure that you get the workbooks emailed to you aswell.
Tips if you are new to on-line yoga: -
-Download Zoom app https://zoom.us/ register, enable audio and video.
-The studio will open 10 minutes before for community, support, and to ask any questions etc.
If you like music, I send you some links to a choice of Spotify playlists, you are welcome to play these whilst the class is in flow, as you will be muted for the class, at the beginning and end we will have the space to speak.
The oil pack will be sent in to you via snail mail.
If you are new to Yin Yoga ...
It is a floor based practice, using props if needed (blankets, cushions, pillow, blocks, books).
In Yin Yoga, we work on the deep connective tissue (fascia) in the body and the joints, to keep them mobile and as healthy as possible, we make space to reset the hunched over mobile phone and always on zoom posture that is taking over our bodies.
Each shape will be held between 1-5 minutes. This creates a time to go inside and really connect with yourself. A very powerful form of self healing. This system works alongside the Chinese Meridians (which are worked on in Acupuncture) to move the energy and keep it free flowing.
In Yin, we place ourselves in shapes to stimulate these meridians which balance our emotions and also improve the function of our internal organs.
Whilst in a Yin class, we slow down the breath, there is the option to use essential oils, we mediate and we STOP. It is like having a RESET button for your life.
In these classes, you don't need energy or any special equipment to show up, just space to lie down and put your arms out, zoom, and blankets, pillows, cushions and maybe a hot water bottle.
You must tell anyone living with you to leave you alone for the whole of the Workshop! You deserve some space and this is the start of developing boundaries, let yourself have this quality time with yourself to feel the full effects.
