Because you can't lead from a shadow you're still projecting
You can affirm your way to confidence, learn every strategy, and build the most beautiful offers, and if you're still carrying an unhealed wound underneath it all, it leaks. Into your leadership. Into your content. Into the space you hold for the people you serve.
You cannot hold pure space for another while you're projecting your own shadow into it. And you cannot scale a movement from a wound that's quietly running you.
The Wyrd is where that changes.
There's a wound most women carry, and never name.
The witch wound. It lives in the body as hiding. As undercharging. As editing out your magic before anyone can see it. As staying just slightly small, slightly dimmed, because somewhere in your lineage, being fully seen wasn't safe.
And right now, it's rising up. You can feel it in the collective, the old fear being stoked, the turning of woman against woman, everyone projecting the shadow they haven't yet met.
This is not the time to add to it. It's the time to do your own work, so you can rise above the noise and lead from a place nothing can knock off centre.
True leadership is not the absence of shadow. It's what you do with it.
The leaders the world is longing for right now are not the loudest, or the most certain, or the ones with the cleverest strategy.
They're the ones who've walked with their own shadows. Who don't project, don't spill, don't add to the drama. Who can hold pure, clean space, because they've done the inner work to keep their own wounds out of it.
That is sovereign leadership. And it's the essence of everything I teach.

We start with the lens. What a shadow actually is in your unique codes, looking at your chart, and how the movement runs from shadow, to gift, to your highest expression. We'll look at defined and undefined, and the shadow of each type, so wherever you sit, you'll see yourself straight away. Then a live shamanic journey and tapping, to move what surfaces, with space for individual flash coaching with whatever is coming up for you.
