LUMINOUS MASTERMIND™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy

1.1 The Client has a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period from the date of signing this Agreement.

1.2 Refund Calculation:

• During the cooling-off period:

• If no personalised work has been initiated: Full refund minus processing fees

• If any personalised work has commenced: Charge for work completed at £1,111, with remaining funds refunded

1.3 AFTER the cooling-off period:

• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

• All payments are non-refundable

• The full program value remains due

1.4 Personalised Onboarding Work Value:

• Initial month of personalised support (including Human Design report, astrology reading, channeled card reading, soul retrieval ceremony, and 1:1 call) is valued at £1,111

• This work begins immediately upon enrollment

• Any cancellation will result in a charge for work completed, even within the cooling-off period

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Coach agrees to provide:

• 1 month of personalised onboarding

• 5-month group mentorship container

• Includes:

• 3 live group calls per month

• Telegram coaching (3 weeks/month)

• UNBOUND Membership access

• Self-paced curriculum

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Options:

Pay in Full - £3,333 

3.2 Bonus Session Terms If the Client accesses bonus sessions (1:1 calls, Human Design report, etc.) and subsequently withdraws from the program after the cooling-off period, they acknowledge liability for the full cost of these services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

• After the 14-day cooling-off period, all payments become non-refundable

• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling group calls

• Missed calls without notice cannot be rescheduled

4.2 Cancellation by Coach In the unlikely event that the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice to the Client. In such cases, the Coach will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

5. Confidentiality

The Coach acknowledges the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's personal information and any information shared during the coaching sessions. The Coach agrees not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information obtained during the coaching sessions, unless required by law or with the express written consent of the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Client understands and agrees that coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional advice, counselling, therapy, or medical treatment. The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the coaching sessions or the Client's reliance on the information provided.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By proceeding with payment, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
