LUMINOUS MASTERMIND™ PAYMENT PLAN CONTRACT

1. Payment Plan Details

1.1 Total Programme Cost: £5,670 (9 monthly payments of £630)

1.2 Payment Plan Duration: 9 consecutive months

1.3 First Payment Due: Upon programme enrolment

1.4 Subsequent Payments: Monthly on the same date as initial enrolment

2. Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy

2.1 Cooling-Off Period

Duration: 14 calendar days from the date of initial enrolment
Applies to all payment plan options
Client has the right to withdraw from the programme during this period

2.2 Refund Calculation During Cooling-Off Period

If no personalised work has been initiated:

Full refund minus payment processing fees (approximately 3.5% + £0.30 per transaction)

If personalised onboarding work has commenced:

Charge for work completed at £1,111
Remaining funds will be refunded
Personalised work includes:

Human Design Report
Astrology Reading
Channeled Card Reading
Soul Retrieval Ceremony
Initial 1:1 Personalisation Call

2.3 Post Cooling-Off Period

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
All payments remain due in full
Programme value is non-negotiable

2.4 Cancellation Process

Written notice of cancellation must be sent via email
Date of email determines cooling-off period calculation
Partial refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation

3. Late Payment Provisions

3.1 Grace Period

7-day grace period for each monthly payment
After 7 days, a late fee of £50 will be applied

3.2 Missed Payments

Two consecutive missed payments will result in programme suspension
Full outstanding balance becomes immediately due
Reinstatement subject to full payment and £100 administrative fee

4. Early Termination Clause

4.1 Programme Cancellation

No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period
Full programme value (£4,444) remains due
Cancellation does not relieve the Client of financial obligation

4.2 Remaining Balance

If programme is terminated, the entire remaining balance becomes immediately payable
No pro-rated refunds will be issued

5. Programme Access

5.1 Programme Access is contingent upon:

Current payments being up to date
Adherence to programme terms and conditions

5.2 Access may be suspended for:

Late or missed payments
Violation of programme terms

6. Additional Terms

6.1 All previously outlined terms and conditions of the Luminous Mastermind™ remain in full effect

6.2 This payment plan does not alter the fundamental programme offering

7. Client Acknowledgement

By selecting this payment plan, the Client acknowledges:

Understanding of full financial commitment
Acceptance of all programme terms
Willingness to make four consecutive monthly payments

8. Governing Law

8.1 This contract is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts
