I have been working in person with this method since I was taught in 2004. I took a break as I had breast cancer twice.
I started working with yoga and essential oils and focused on building a successful studio.
COVID has given me the space to remember that I love doing my healing work and teaching in this way.
I feel such a strong pull back, it feels urgent, this work feels necessary and it is time to step out and offer this way of working again.

- As we meditate together and I take you on a guided journey, I can see what you see, I can connect with your guides, so you learn to separate your ego, from the clear message.

I have got though 2 lots of breast cancer, trauma and starting to go down the path of anxiety.
I now feel empowered and healed from the trauma and ready to head others into the magic, that has held me throughout this time.
I want to teach others who are ready to rediscover their connection to source and their intuition....

How, Where, What ...
- The bespoke program takes place over 7 months.
- We connect via zoom, and have 1 session a month, on each energy centre, investigating a different tool each month and working on healing and connecting with your guides.
- I work better remotely, as I can link straight into the channel as opposed to being in physical proximity, my work seems to be stronger this way, as we are both in our physical safe spaces.
- Access to the free Chakra Program with breath, meditation, relaxation techniques to complement the work that we do in the sessions
- You will be given tasks to complete in between the sessions
- You will be able to contact me via a message system of our choice if anything comes up, that you need advice for.
