Here's what I see in the industry

I see it over and over giving amazing businesswomen like you the ick, and more importantly it gives the public the ick and diminishes the power of network marketing as a business structure.
Here's what I don't see expressed enough. Network marketing is a genuinely good business with a low-cost start-up. At its heart, it's simply selling what you love, no different from selling coaching, or anything else you believe in. And done right, it lets you mentor other women to build their own businesses too.
Let's not ignore the obvious, it's got a bad name. But not because of the model. Because of unethical "leaders" who were never real team leaders, and because of duplication tactics that make good women feel sleazy. So entrepreneurs end up carrying a reputation that was never theirs. But that stops here. What you're building matters, and it's time to be proud of it.
And here's the part that hurts most.
You have team members who tell you how badly they want it, how much they want to succeed, and then they don't move. You've heard their desire, you've given them the system, and still, nothing. So you wonder, are they not committed? Not motivated? Not cut out for this?
But it's usually not a motivation problem at all.
It's that you've put a Projector into a Generator's system. You've asked a Manifesting Generator to niche down and focus. You've asked someone with an undefined throat to run regular classes. So they try, because they genuinely want it, and it drains them, and they stall, and everyone decides they lacked drive, when the system was never built for how they're made.
It was never their commitment. It was the duplication.
It was not seeing them in theirĀ uniqueness.
And here's why it matters so much to me.
That shame is felt, even when it's unseen. And it affects your frequency.
And frequency matters.
If you carry shame about what you do, it lives in your energetic field, in your content, in every reach-out. The way network marketing is taught doesn't just fail tactically. It energetically sabotages the very women trying to succeed at it.
Because you cannot build magnetically from shame.
This is the work I had to create, because I've lived every side of it.
I was a top enroller before I even knew that was a thing, driven by pure passion and the embodiment of my 1/3 profile. Three months into my business I found myself in the Four Seasons in Vancouver, then in Salt Lake City, all expenses paid, followed by trips to Sicily and Bulgaria.
When I decided to build a business properly, I was told to write a list of a hundred people and reach out, and my whole body recoiled. So I wrote the list, but I only ever reached out to someone who sparkled at me, someone I felt a genuine pull toward. I didn't know it then, but that was my Generator design, responding to what lit me up, instead of forcing myself through a list.
And I'll be honest, because it matters. Looking back, I cringe. When I became a leader, I tried to get my team to duplicate. I gave them the systems. I asked them to do it the "proven" way. I was doing to them exactly what had felt so wrong when it was done to me. I hate that I did it.
But out of that, I found a different way. And the answer was Human Design.
It showed me what I couldn't see. That I was never failing at duplication, I was a Generator being asked to work like something I'm not. And that my team weren't lacking commitment, they were each built differently, and I'd been handing them all the same system.
And this isn't only about network marketing. I've led teams in bricks-and-mortar business and in the corporate world too, and I know what it takes to lead people well, across every kind of leadership. Duplication was never it.
At the heart of everything.
You cannot do network marketing well by treating your team as a downline of clones to duplicate. Your team members don't actually want to be duplicated. They want to be seen. They want you to mirror their magnificence back to them, to recognise what's uniquely theirs, and to help them build their business in their own way.
You're not managing a downline, you're connecting a collective of entrepreneurs, each with their own way of working, their own soul clients, their own mission that the product enhances. Your way won't necessarily be their way, and that's the point. As you learn to honour your own uniqueness, you learn to honour theirs, and to give them the very thing they've been craving, to be truly seen.
