🎥 🌿 Grounding for Generators

A Generator's power is when they are grounded and in their body. This acupoint + essential oil ritual brings your energy out of your head and back into your body, away from fear and scarcity, into a freer flow and a higher frequency.

I use doTERRA essential oils, pure, potent, and energetically alive in a way most oils simply aren't, there are no synthetics or fillers which matters when we are doing energetic and frequency work. I place these plant allies on specific acupoints with a feather-light touch, to move energy, ground the body and shift the frequency. The oil and the point work together, for both instant and compounding medicine you can feel.

K3 (Kidney source point), between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Moves you away from fear & scarcity, grounds and frees your energy.
Cedarwood, the steady scaffolding of your inner world, holds your energetic system strong.
How: feather-light touch on the point, 1 to 3 minutes, with beautiful music. Sit and breathe. Also lovely on the occiput (the dint at the base of the skull) and the base of the spine. Beautiful at night to settle, and through the day to drop out of the head.

You do not manifest by chasing or forcing. You manifest by responding. When you follow your sacral yes and let it move you, your energy becomes magnetic and what is yours is drawn to you. You feel it as already here, and that feeling is what magnetises it. You do not go and get it, you become the magnet it comes to.
