How does it work?
Breathe deeply is an on-line program that you can do online and in an app, so you can have the practises on the go with you.
The practises and teachings are drip fed over time, so that you can focus on each weeks content at a time.
There will be a daily 5 minute practise which will be built upon over time to fit into your life.
I have created some journalling prompts so that you can learn to connect to yourself a little deeper.

Let me introduce myself...
Hi, I am Karen and I am so happy you have found your way here. I am a wife, mum of 2, and I have a beautiful rescue dog called Sox.
I teach yoga, life coach, educate about the power of essential oils and am a holistic therapist.
I have also gone through some trauma with going through breast cancer twice with a young family. I am passionate about teaching the tools that help me through to others.
During the year that I created this 2020, a time of massive change and uncertainty, I have turned to breathe work, called Pranayma in Yoga more than ever. The breath is a powerful way of connecting to the stillness within us all. I am so looking forward to guiding you through this teaching.
