The details of our 2 hours together…
-I will open the space
-Deep Grounding, Cleansing and Centering Protocol (option of using essential oils for the plant medicine magic)
-I will guide you into a World of shamanic realms, shamanic journeying, illuminate the wisdom and lineage of the archetypes of energy and spirit animal helpers
-You will have some practises at short journeys (guided meditations) in preparation for meeting your spirit helpers
-Comfort breaks, Q and A beautiful interaction between the souls gathered are all built into make the experience spacious and soul nourishing.
-You will have the recording of the journey that we take for a lifetime, to return to the magic.

-A Candle and something to light it with (non-toxic)
-Space to sit and lay down and make sure you will be super comfortable, warm and cosy and most importantly, undisturbed
-Something to write with
-White Sage or Palo Santo (optional)
-Essential oils (optional - see below)

Please note I only advocate working with doTERRA essential oils as a wellness advocate. I know that they are pure and have not been adulterated in any way due to their independent testing and use globally in hospitals and research universities. You don’t need oils to work in this sacred container that we will create together. However, if you have any other brands, please don’t use them, I want you connected to the purity of the lower world, without any synthetics, which can affect the magic.

About your guide...
I have always been in conversation with the otherworld since I was a child. I began my Shamanic and Psychic mentorship 18 years ago, this mystical way of working has always been a constant in my life.
I have mentored many souls in shamanic journey, helped healing with soul retrieval, taught many souls how to connect to their psychic power, led and have an extensive on-line course walking the Medicine Wheel. 5 years ago, I added doTERRA essential oil's to my plant medicine kit, I am now an educator for them in my community, lead cacao ceremonies, and plant medicine journeying. For me this deep connection to nature and it's abundance medicine, enhances and holds the space for us as we journey.
