These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") govern the coaching sessions to be provided by I am Karen Jackson (hereinafter referred to as "Coach" or "we") to the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "you") who agrees to make payments for the coaching services.

1. Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy 

1.1 The Client has a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period from the date of signing this Agreement during which they may cancel their participation and receive a full refund of any payments made - subject to clause 1.3

1.2 After the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, all payments become non-refundable without exception.

1.3 Any refund issued will be less the payment processing fees (approximately 3.5% + £0.30 per transaction) that were incurred during the initial payment and any value of the bonuses that the client has had access to the Shamanic Soul and Strategy Session if taken is £333

1. Scope of Services The Coach agrees to provide group coaching sessions to the Client for a total of 6 sessions. These sessions will be conducted via zoom. And 11 weeks of Telegram coaching Tuesday to Thursdays 9am-5pm.
2. Payment Terms 3.1 Payment Schedule The Client agrees to make the non-refundable monthly payment, of

3.2 Payment Method The Client will agree to make the payments using the specified payment method that they selected at the time of the sales process on monthly auto-payments.

The Client agrees to make four non-refundable payments, a month a part, these will be taken automatically. Payment schedule:

Payment 1: £198

Payment 2: £198 due before the commencement of the second coaching session.

Payment 3:£198 due before the commencement of the third coaching session.

Payment 4:£198 due before the commencement of the fourth coaching session.

Payment 5:£198 due before the commencement of the fifth coaching session.

Payment 6:£198 due before the commencement of the fourth coaching session.

Payment 7:£198 due before the commencement of the seventh coaching session.

Payment 8:£198 due before the commencement of the eight coaching session.

Payment 9:£198 due before the commencement of the  ninth coaching session.

3.3 Bonus Session Terms If the Client claims their complementary 1:1 bonus session and human design blueprint (valued at  £77) and subsequently withdraws from the program after the cooling-off period, they acknowledge that they will be liable for the full cost of this session ( £77) and astrology report £1998. This amount will either be: a) Added to their final payment, or b) Charged separately via the payment method on file

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling 4.1 Cancellation by Client The Client acknowledges and agrees that after the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, all payments made for the coaching sessions are non-refundable. In the event that the Client cancels any coaching session(s) without providing a minimum of 24 hours prior notice to the Coach, the Client will not be entitled to reschedule the session(s) or receive a refund for the missed session(s).

4.2 Cancellation by Coach In the unlikely event that the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice to the Client. In such cases, the Coach will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time.

1. Confidentiality The Coach acknowledges the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's personal information and any information shared during the coaching sessions. The Coach agrees not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information obtained during the coaching sessions, unless required by law or with the express written consent of the Client.
2. Limitation of Liability The Client understands and agrees that coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional advice, counselling, therapy, or medical treatment. The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the coaching sessions or the Client's reliance on the information provided.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
4. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
