LUMINOUS MASTERMIND™ VIP — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Details

1.1 Total minimum commitment: £2,664 (3 monthly payments of £888)

1.2 First payment due upon programme enrolment. Subsequent payments monthly on the same date as initial enrolment.

1.3 After the initial 3-month commitment, the Client may: — Continue month to month at £888 — Lock in for a further six months at a reduced rate (available on request) — Complete their time with no further obligation

To end the rolling continuation, the Client must give written notice at least 14 days before their next payment date. No refunds will be issued for payments already taken.

2. Founding Member Onboarding (August 2026)

2.1 Founding members who invest before July 27th 2026 receive a dedicated onboarding month in August, included in their first month's payment. This includes: — A 45-minute private call — Two weeks of Telegram coaching — A personalised hypno track

2.2 If the Client cancels during the cooling-off period after any onboarding work has commenced, the value of personalised work delivered will be deducted from any refund at the following rates: — Private call: £111 — Telegram coaching (per week): £111 — Personalised hypno track: £222

2.3 The onboarding month is only available to founding members. It will not be offered again or added to the container at a later date.

3. Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy

3.1 Cooling-Off Period — Duration: 14 calendar days from the date of initial enrolment — The Client has the right to withdraw during this period

3.2 Refund Calculation During Cooling-Off Period — If no personalised work has been initiated: full refund minus payment processing fees (approximately 3.5% + £0.30 per transaction) — If personalised work has commenced (including but not limited to: chart analysis, onboarding calls, Telegram coaching, creation of hypnotherapy tracks, channelled readings): the value of work delivered as outlined in Section 2.2 will be deducted and the remaining balance refunded

3.3 Post Cooling-Off Period — No refunds will be issued under any circumstances — All payments remain due in full — Programme value is non-negotiable

3.4 Cancellation Process — Written notice of cancellation must be sent via email — Date of email determines cooling-off period calculation — Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation

4. Late Payment Provisions

4.1 Grace Period — 7-day grace period for each monthly payment — After 7 days, a late fee of £50 will be applied

4.2 Missed Payments — Two consecutive missed payments will result in programme suspension — Full outstanding balance becomes immediately due — Reinstatement is subject to full payment of outstanding balance and a £100 administrative fee

5. Early Termination

5.1 During Initial 3-Month Commitment — No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period — Full programme value (£2,664) remains due — Cancellation does not relieve the Client of financial obligation — If the programme is terminated, the entire remaining balance becomes immediately payable

5.2 During Rolling Continuation (After Initial 3 Months) — The Client may cancel with 14 days written notice before their next payment date — No refund will be issued for the current month — No further payments will be taken after the notice period

6. Programme Access

6.1 Programme access is contingent upon: — Current payments being up to date — Adherence to programme terms and conditions

6.2 Access may be suspended for: — Late or missed payments — Violation of programme terms

7. VIP Specific Terms

7.1 VIP is limited to 3 spaces. If all spaces are filled, the Client will be placed on a waitlist.

7.2 The VIP tier includes all elements of the standard Luminous Mastermind plus the additional services outlined on the checkout page.

7.3 If the Client wishes to move from VIP to the standard tier, they must give 14 days written notice before their next payment date. The change will take effect from the following month.

8. Client Acknowledgement

By selecting a payment plan, the Client acknowledges: — Understanding of their full financial commitment for the initial 3-month period (£2,664) — Acceptance of all programme terms — Understanding that personalised work commenced during the cooling-off period may be charged as outlined in Section 2.2 — Understanding that no refunds are available after the 14-day cooling-off period

9. Governing Law

9.1 This contract is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts
