Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") govern the astrocartography consultation and full reading services to be provided by I am Karen Jackson (hereinafter referred to as "Coach" or "we") to the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "you"). By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide an astrocartography consultation and, if applicable, a full reading to the Client.

1.1 Initial Consultation: The Client agrees to book an initial consultation (20-30 minutes) to clarify their goals and ensure alignment with the service. This session does not include a full chart analysis.

1.2 Full Reading: If the Client decides to proceed after the consultation, the Coach will conduct a full astrocartography deep dive, including research, analysis, and delivery of personalized insights.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit Requirement:

• The Client agrees to make a non-refundable deposit of £55 to secure the initial consultation.

• This deposit is applied toward the full reading fee of £333.

2.2 Remaining Balance:

• If the Client decides to proceed with the full reading after the consultation, the remaining balance of £278 is due before the research phase begins.

• The Client will receive a separate payment link to complete this transaction.

2.3 Payment Method:

• Payments must be made using the specified payment method determined by the Coach at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation by Client:

• The £55 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client proceeds with the full reading.

• If the Client cancels the consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice, they may reschedule once at no additional charge.

• If the Client cancels or does not attend the consultation without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

3.2 Cancellation by Coach:

• In the unlikely event that the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice to the Client.

• If the Coach cancels and rescheduling is not possible, the Client may receive a refund of the deposit.

4. Confidentiality

The Coach acknowledges the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's personal information and any information shared during the consultation or reading. The Coach agrees not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information obtained, unless required by law or with the express written consent of the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Client understands and agrees that the astrocartography consultation and reading are not a substitute for professional advice, counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.

• The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the consultation, reading, or the Client’s reliance on the information provided.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [specify governing jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [specify jurisdiction].

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
